Tracking of Feedback

I'm looking for some effective ways to track all of the feedback that is given to students.  As a music teacher I don't have a desk in my classroom and therefore I don't have my computer available all the time as I'm often playing with my classes to demonstrate and model and also to share in their hands-on learning.    While I have some checklists that I have used in the past, I wonder if someone has something they can share in terms of tracking ther feedback given.

    Hi There,
    How do you usually provide feedback? Orally, I presume? I wonder if Google Forms/Spreadsheets would be a good way to track your feedback. You could record the feedback you're giving (at the time or shortly after) and then have it stored to review at anytime. I love it because I can quickly record on my iPhone, so I don't have to worry about having my computer on. Hope this helps!

    Thinking further....I wonder if there's a way ensure that the students always have access to their feedback? Any other programs? I'd use a Google doc to track do they just have access to their own?

    Thanks Becky .. often they do receive verbal feedback and then written feedback when we do either recorded or one-one-assessments, I also make some quick notes during class ... just looking to see how others are doing it as I'm always open to new ideas.
